About Therapy

Consultation

The therapeutic relationship between a psychotherapist and the individual is very important in order to make progress. Therefore, our Intake Coordinator (Ela) is available for a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and reason for seeking therapy. Our Intake Coordinator will be happy to answer any questions that you may have about our training and experience. If it seems like we are a good match at the end of the consultation, then we will schedule a time for you to meet with your new therapist and develop a plan of action. If not, then we will be happy to make a referral to other services or qualified professionals who may be better suited to help you.
