Gender-Affirming Surgery Letters

I have experience writing letters for gender confirmation surgery, including bottom surgery, which align with the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) Standards of Care and satisfy requirements for the mental health referral letter at NYU Langone and other hospitals. Going through gender confirmation surgery is an emotional process, therefore I provide letters after establishing a therapeutic relationship with a person in order to best support them through the stressors and joys that come from change. This includes processing hopes, expectations, and changes in interpersonal and familial relationships. Being able to witness and support a person as they become themselves, especially after surgery, is a privilege that I cherish!

Cost: $220 including visits, writing time and administrative time.
